Jacqui and Jason in the Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne

I don’t often use the word adorable, but really there’s no better way to describe Jacqui and Jason. Jason met Jacqui through a friend and they grew up around the corner from each other. Now about a year from tying the knot, they’re excited about their wedding, their honeymoon in Bora Bora, and building a house together.

We recently spent a lovely, laugh-filled day at Royal Botanic Gardens for the couple’s engagement session. After the shoot, they went off to lunch at the Terrace Cafe in the gardens.

Later on, Jacqui sent us this sweet note: “It was actually quite fun, I don’t know why I was so nervous beforehand. And the weather was perfect for a stroll around the Botanic Gardens!”
