Aaron and Katrina’s advice to soon to be wed couples
What advice would you give to someone getting married?
Wedding planning is a lot of work but hopefully you only do it once so don’t be afraid to try new ideas and add special unique elements to personalise the wedding to really make it your own. Plan ahead, book in your suppliers early and delegate jobs where you can. The wedding day will fly by, but try to take a moment to stand back and soak every detail in and spend a quiet moment with just you and your new husband.
How was your experience with Lizzy C Photography?
Lizzy was so easy to work with and had us all relaxed in front of the camera. She worked efficiently and seamlessly to make the most of the time we had to capture all the special moments.
Were there any publications, websites or blogs that you used to research ideas for your own wedding?

We’d also like to know if there are any suppliers you used to put together your big day, that you might wish to mention. If you used anyone whose product or service was exceptional, please let us know.
– We loved the beautiful sounds of our amazing band Inka Sounds whose music had the Woolshed buzzing and everyone up on the dance floor. They were fantastic to work with and responded to all our special requests.
– Our celebrant Melissa Fahey was also wonderful and had all the guests relaxed, laughing and ready for my arrival and provided the perfect relaxed but personal feel that we were after for our ceremony.
– Our florist Basia Puchalski who understood my vision and created beautiful native bouquets and floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception that blended so well with the venue and surrounds.
– My dress from Gwendolynne was absolutely beautiful. I fell in love with Gwendolynne’s elegant, vintage style from the moment we first visited her boutique in Fitzroy. The service provided by Gwendolynne and her staff was exceptional and very personal from the very beginning when I tried on the different styles.
