Kate + Ben’s Werribee Mansion & Shadowfax Winery Wedding

When I first stepped into Kate and Ben’s home on the day of their wedding, I understood exactly why they’d chosen to have their wedding ceremony on the staircase at the Werribee Mansion. It was of a style and period they obviously enjoyed. Their home, a gorgeous little cottage (midst renovations), was decorated lovingly with gorgeous antique furniture and bits and pieces from an bygone era. In contrast to the formal splendour that the mansion provided, Kate and Ben also wanted a relaxed wedding to fit with their personalities. Hence, post-ceremony, the celebrations kicked on, beginning with drinks at Shadowfax Winery. The couple arrived and leapt straight into their wedding dance, setting the tone for the rest of the night!
